Good knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools used in a Business Processes (BPO / KPO)
Ability to Study a existing or new business process and arrive at Quality check procedure and recommendation
Ability to establish the key Metrics for Quality check and Quality Assurance
Good Excel skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in best practices for process improvements
Additional Advantage : Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA
