Experience : 5+ Years  

Skills:  

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist HR functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other HR software tools.
  • Ability to handle complex HR issues and provide sound, practical solutions.
