5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist HR functions.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
In-depth knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, compliance, and industry best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in
HRIS
(Human Resource Information Systems), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other HR software tools.
Ability to handle complex HR issues and provide sound, practical solutions.
